Akwaaba! Ako Adjei Lit Up Street Party is a vibrant community celebration that has brought the heart of Accra to life through three successful events so far. Held on Koi Street in the bustling heart of Osu, the street party was created with the goal of uniting the community in a free, open-air gathering that highlights the richness of Ghanaian culture. Each edition features a dynamic blend of live music, art installations, traditional and contemporary cuisine, and spirited dance performances, creating an inclusive space where people from all walks of life can connect. More than just entertainment, the event champions local creativity and fosters a sense of belonging, transforming the urban space into a colourful celebration of Ghana’s artistic and cultural heritage.
